Yes! Our motto is You Choose — We Drive, so you can customise your own itinerary or combine places from different tours.
Where will I meet my private driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall at Ngurah Rai Airport with a name board. We track your flight number to time it perfectly, and we can also coordinate by WhatsApp before you arrive.
How can I pay for my tour?
You can pay in cash (Indonesian Rupiah – IDR). We are also working on payment options through PayPal — just ask if you need that.
Can I customise existing Bali tours?
Yes — you can adjust any of our tour packages to suit your interests. Just let us know ahead of time.
Where will I be picked up on the day of my booking?
We’ll pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, villa, or any location you choose (including the airport).
How do I recognise my Bali Private Driver?
Your driver will meet you at the agreed location, confirm your name, and make sure everything is ready before the tour begins.
How can I contact my Bali Private Driver?
You can contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp anytime — we’re happy to answer questions and help plan your day.
Can I cancel a booked excursion? Are there any costs?
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge. If a special arrangement (like a large bus rental) was made for your tour, we may charge the rental cost if it’s cancelled.
Where can I get a local tourist SIM card?
International roaming can be expensive, so we recommend buying a local Indonesian prepaid SIM or eSIM for affordable data. Popular providers include Telkomsel, IM3 Ooredoo, XL Axiata, and Smartfren.
Is there Wi-Fi in the driver’s car?
Yes! All our cars are equipped with free in-car Wi-Fi — just ask your driver to connect.
How many people can be transported at once?
We offer vehicles with up to 7 seats. For bigger groups (10+), we can arrange a large bus if requested in advance.
Does my driver’s car have child seats?
Yes — child seats are available upon request. Just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare them for your trip.
Can I book the Bali private driving service for multiple days?
Absolutely — you can book our private driver service for several days if you want continual transport and touring.
Are entrance fees and meals included in the tour price?
Entrance tickets, temple donations, activities, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the tour price unless stated otherwise. This allows you to stay flexible and choose only the attractions and dining options you prefer during your trip. However, tolls and parking fees are included.
